  • Shipping & Delivery

  • Frontera Records ships merchandise internationally. If your country isn't available, send an email to orders@fronterarecords.com and we will look into getting it added to the list.

    Orders are typically processed within 24 hours, but may take up to 3 days. We offer first class (up to 13 oz.), media mail, and priority mail options through the United States Postal Service.

    All sales final. We will replace defective merchandise, but may require the buyer to return any defective merchandise at buyer's cost. At our discretion, audio discs or DVDs may be replaced without packaging.

  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Frontera Records is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

  • Frontera Records charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
